Dolphin Encounter, Dolphin Swimming, Seal Swimming, Seal Swim

For a very special experience, we offer a variety of different in the water Encounters with our animals. It really is an amazing experience to enter the water with these animals, as you learn, play and generally enjoy interacting with them.

We take bookings up to three months in advance and prices are seasonal. Please book early, as sessions fill very fast and there are limited spaces.

If you want to book an encounter during the School Holiday period, it is essential you book well in advance.

Please note: The structure and the animal behaviours included in the Encounters are chosen to encourage enjoyment for both animal and guest, therefore the Encounters listed below do not allow people to ride and be pulled around the pool by the animals.

Junior Dolphin Experience
	At the Pet Porpoise Pool, children can experience a once in a life time opportunity to enter the water with a dolphin. During the experience, children will hug and pat the dolphin, tickle its tongue, play ball and learn about these magnificent animals. This experience is designed for children aged between 6 - 11. The children are required to wear a life jacket whilst a trainer is in the water with them. 6 – 11 years
Dolphin Experience
	The Dolphin Experience caters for people aged 12 years and over. This encounter is a once in a life time experience. For the majority of the encounter, participants will be standing in the water which is 1.5 meters deep whilst holding, patting and playing. The structure of the encounter is designed for both the participant and the animals’ enjoyment. Behaviours include ones that the animals would do in their natural environment. At the end of the encounter, the trainer will bring a seal to give you a kiss and a cuddle goodbye. 12 years and over
Family Dolphin Experience
	The Family Dolphin Experience is a private experience for the whole family. It is a wonderful family experience enjoying the magic of interacting with a dolphin. Spend over 30 minutes in the water with a trainer and one of our friendly dolphins. 2 x Adults and 2 x Children (6-15 years)
Seal Experience
	The Seal Experience is the most interactive encounter available at the Pet Porpoise Pool. Enjoy playing with 3 different Seals, watching them swim under the water, play piggy in the middle, learn about the different breeds and if you're lucky get a ride around the pool on Soloman! 8 years and over
