Quick Tour

Welcome to Dolphin Marine Magic where you can meet and swim with the friendliest Dolphins and Seals in world.
. . . be touched by magic!

Embark on an adventure where you can enjoy a fantastic up close and personal journey and learn about the habitat of these fantastic sea creatures. Dolphin Marine Magic work closely with the National Parks and Wildlife Service and provides a recovery refuge for stranded or injured marine life and other native fauna, as well as a centre where people can enjoy close association with the animals while learning about them on a personal basis. The experience and knowledge of the dedicated staff is well recognised and assures an excellent standard of care and well being for the park animals.

The popular, hands on style Marine Magic Presentation will entertain and excite you.

‘Bella’ is our juvenile female Dolphin who was born July 11, 2005 here at the park. She is growing into a super star of the future.  She is quickly learning the routines by watching and copying what the other dolphins do.  Regularly she steals the lime light in our ‘Marine Magic Presentation’ by participating, while she still has not had any formal training, she likes to race, jump, dance and occasionally steal the ball off the adults.   She is a playful and cheeky girl with a very curious nature and she loves to play ball and interact with the visitors to the park.
Seating 250 visitors for each ‘Marine Magic Presentation’ our grandstand is undercover to keep out the inclement weather, whilst the animals at the park don’t seem to mind getting wet our visitors do, so we recommend in wet weather you bring an umbrella whilst you wander around the park.
You will get a chance to meet a New Zealand & Australian Fur Seals and Sea-lions, learn about their behaviour and their unique characteristics.
Here you will see a myriad of fascinating sea fish. Watch the fish from the underwater window or participate in the daily feeding. Learn about different types of fish and meet ‘Plugga’ the Green Sea Turtle who lost a back flipper in 1990 and still remains with us today.
Our Little Blue Penguins are the smallest penguins in the world. These penguins generally weight less than one kilo and measure only 30 cm high.  Native only to Australia and New Zealand our penguins are a big hit with the children at feeding time.  After each ‘Marine Magic Presentation’ we allow our guests to feed these little birds a fish or two.
Pleasant landscaped grounds with plenty of seating where guests can enjoy a light snack from the shop, a great cappuccino, or in the school holidays an ‘Aussie Sausage Sizzle’.
