All my life I have wanted to swim with dolpins and after finding Dolphin Marine Magic I decided to go all the way and book a Trainer for the day experience! This was the best time of my life as I got to spend the day with a wonderful trainer - Janine, and all the amazing seals and dolphins. Everyone at the Porpoise Pool were warm, friendly and welcoming and I learnt so much about how you all look after and train your animals - truly remarkable! I would recommend this experience to anyone who ever dreamt of becoming a seal or dolphin trainer, or just want to increase their knowledge of these amazing animals and what important work the Pet Porpoise Pool does! My wonderful children all put in to give me this amazing experience for my birthday present. This moment with the gorgeous bella was truly amazing and one i will never forget. Two of my five children and one of my six grandchildren came to watch my experience ,they got to pat the dolphins and my daughter got a kiss from one. We all enjoyed the day out at this lovely porpoise pool and my six year old had a great time watching the dolphin and seal shows. I would dearly love to bring all my children here and share a swim with them .Dolphins are the most amazing creatures on this planet and i absolutely adore them. A big thank you to my trainer and dolphin bella for having me.♥♥♥

What a spectacular time we had when we visited pet porpoise pool last week while on our family holiday to Coffs Harbour. Woosh! we were blown away. From the outside the place looks ordinary but wait til you get inside (don't judge a book by its cover) and up close and personal to the marine life. It is truly breathtaking, almost fairytale like dream come true. We have visited many marine theme parks but this is magical as you actually interact with marine life, play ball (catch and throw) with dolphins, get a kiss from dolphin and seal, touch them, which really is touching, as it makes you feel so close, almost like a part of them. I was so excited, I felt like a child again after many years (like meeting my biggest superstar).  My children didn't want to leave, they could have easily spent many more hours just taking it all in. We fed the most cute little penguins and the fishes, which was just amazing. This experience has to be in everyones to do list - you'll be mystified with this unearthly experience. We came away with the most wonderful memories and an experience that my family would love to have again and again.

I am convinced dolphins have magic powers. Whenever I get close to one, I can't help but get excited. Just ask my son, he rolls his eyes with embarrassment because he knows what's coming - 'OMG OMG OMG' is what you will hear me yelling as I run by the dolphin pool, hoping to catch that perfect shot. In fact, at my last dolphin encounter at Dolphin Marine Magic also known as the Pet Porpoise Pool in Coffs Harbour, I got kissed by a dolphin and even got to play ball with one. It was amazing - and yes, I got so worked up that one visitor to the park had commented that he had never seen anyone get so excited.

I love travelling and find any opportunity to get close to dolphins, whether it is a dolphin cruise or a swim with dolphins and this was yet another wonderful experience – getting so close to the dolphins without actually getting wet. The Pet Porpoise Pool offers you many different ways to interact with dolphins, seals, penguins, turtles and other animals and fish.

Every day the park runs two marine magic presentations, where guests are given the opportunity to get involved in the dolphin and seal show. (Yes, of course I volunteered) The presentation educates visitors about these beautiful mammals, their habitat and the importance of their continued existence.Before each session, you are given the opportunity to get a kiss from a dolphin and take pictures (yes, of course I was the first in line).

Dolphin marine magic is home to a family of five indo pacific bottlenose dolphins. All the dolphins have either been born there or have been rescued with debilitating injuries and would not have been able to survive in the wild. The Pet Porpoise Pool offers dolphin and seal experience for all ages and ability levels, including several shallow water encounters, swimming with seals and dolphins for more confident swimmers, a land based dolphin and seal encounter for those who do not wish to enter the water.

Other fun adventures in the park include: 
Solitary reefs display many species of marine animals and can be viewed from an underwater corridor.
Fish, shark and penguin feeding – hand feed fish, sharks and penguins. This is especially fun for children.
Penguin Beach – watch Little Blue Penguins swimming around or darting in and out of their nesting boxes. You can also feed them after each Marine Magic Presentation.
Reptile World – during school holidays, reptile world comes to the park with some of the world's most venomous snakes, salt water crocodile and lizards.

For lunch, enjoy a hot meal or a sandwich in Creekside café. You can either dine indoor or outdoor and enjoy great water views and lovely landscaped grounds. The café is open every day from 7.30am to 3pm.

Dolphin Marine Magic has great facilities including a gift shop, undercover area for strollers, wheelchair ramps to show area, large car park, baby changing area, disabled toilets and marquee in the garden park.

If you are planning a trip to Coffs Harbour, this is definitely a must visit, especially if you have children. The experience is guaranteed to put a smile on your face and maybe get you as excited as I did, when you get a wet kiss from a beautiful bottle-nose dolphin or a seal.

This is me with my favourite cousin, Tim, who took me to the Pet Porpoise Pool when I visited him for a holiday in Coffs Harbour. We had so much fun and I can't wait until next year when I turn 4 because I'm coming back again and I'll be big enough to swim with the dolphins!!

I have not yet visited the park as i live a 2 hour drive north and am new to the area. I would love to win a pass to your park as it is my daughters' 5th birthday on the 1st may and I could think of nothing more magical and enchanting as being kissed by a seal and touching/ feeding the dolphins. I have 3 beautiful children who can't wait to come and visit your water park. I look forward to coming so I can share a post with a photo too. Mel.

I love this photo. We have a great day every time we visit, the staff are friendly and treat everyone to a fun show. Feeding and touching the park Dolphins and Seals is wonderful. Olivia is now 7 and always looks forward to stopping at the PPP for seal kisses.

oh we love the Pet Porpoise pool and last time we were up i forgot to get the picture with the Dolphin giving my son a kiss so we will have come back up to visit again as these memories have to be captured with a photo.
